Ruscilli was contracted to manage construction of Miami Trace Local Schools� Expedited Local Partnership Program undertaking. This project consisted of major renovations and upgrades to the existing High School.
Subsequently, Miami Trace Local Schools selected Ruscilli to provide Pre-Bond Issue Services for their Exceptional Needs Program project and district-wide facilities master plan development. Services included budgeting, program scheduling, community forums, and master planning. The plan consisted of one new $28 million, 135,483 square foot PK-5 school and a new $45 million, 216,900 square foot 6-12 combination middle/high school centrally located on a single campus.
