The Benchmark apartment complex was designed for the “Young Professional�. It is located near the intersection of Kenny and Henderson Roads in Columbus, Ohio. This project consisted of 108 dwelling units containing one, two, and three-bedroom units spread throughout nine separate three story wood-framed buildings. The scope of work also included a community clubhouse, fitness loft and an in-ground pool and patio area.
